Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel your booking. To assist you, we have outlined our cancellation policy below:

100% Refund:

If you cancel within the first 24 hours after booking, you are entitled to a full refund of 100% of the amount paid.

75% Refund:

Cancellations made beyond 24 hours but prior to 30 days before the scheduled service will be eligible for a 75% refund of the total amount paid.

50% Refund:

If you cancel your booking from 30 days up until 15 days before the scheduled service, you will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid.

No Refund:

Unfortunately, if you cancel your booking within 15 days of the scheduled service, we are unable to offer any refund.

Please note that all cancellations must be communicated and confirmed via email. The cancellation will be effective from the time we receive your notification.
